Do you work with brand guidelines?
Yes. We work from the brand guidelines, the store layout drawings and the materials specifications. Technical queries are resolved with the project lead before manufacturing.
How is the furniture transported to the store?
Transport and unloading are planned for each project according to volume, access and the delivery hours of the shopping centre or street. The terms are set out in the proposal.
What does the quote include?
We itemise manufacture, transport, installation and travel separately, so you can see the exact scope. Any item not included is clearly indicated.
Can you work while the store is trading?
We consider this case by case. Work outside trading hours is confirmed in writing before the intervention.
